Notice to the Public and the Kings Treasure Land International School Community

This is to inform the public and the esteemed Kings Treasure Land International School (KTLIS) community that academic activities will resume on Monday, January 6, 2025.

We kindly request all students of this great institution to bring a printed copy of their first-term result, duly signed by their parent or guardian. This document is a mandatory requirement to maintain access to the school’s e-portal and to be eligible to participate in all academic and extracurricular activities for the term.

Important Information and Guidelines:

1. First-Term Result Submission

• All students must submit their signed first-term results upon resumption.
• Results should be neatly printed, and the parent/guardian's signature must be clearly visible.

2. Consequences of Non-Compliance

• Students who fail to present their signed first-term result on Monday, January 6, 2025, will have their e-portal accounts deactivated.
• Deactivated accounts will restrict access to critical resources, including the Weekly CBT, which commences on Thursday, January 8, 2025.

3. CBT and Grading

• Missing any weekly CBT will result in a deduction of 10 marks out of the 40 marks allocated for tests.
• Students are encouraged to stay consistent in their studies and participation to maximize their performance.

4. Uniform and Appearance

• All students are expected to return in full school uniform, adhering strictly to the school’s dress code.
• Neatness and proper grooming will be checked upon resumption.

5. School Rules and Conduct

• Students should reacquaint themselves with the school rules and regulations.
• Exemplary behavior is expected at all times as we aim to foster a positive and productive learning environment.

The management wishes to remind parents and guardians to ensure their wards return fully prepared for the new term, equipped with all necessary supplies and study materials.
